I have the Original download version and I may request a Steam code as well. Right now you need to purchase a 2nd licence in order to do this with the original download or dvd versions. This is good if you have a laptop that you may sometimes use for travel. Also, Steam apps lets you run these on your other PC's as long as you are logged in, but you can only run then one at a time.

I would be a good idea to list your pc specs (at least cpu, gpu, ram, psu, gpu driver) and whether you are using your Q2 w/Link or wireless w/Virtual Desktop. I'm pretty sure ikarus will offer RC9, probably by itself and maybe as an upgrade depending on which RC8 addons you already have. Read reviews, compare customer ratings, see screenshots, and learn more about aerofly RC 9 - R/C Simulator. However, in the future I think RC9 will see the most development improvements.

RC8 is still supported and the direct download version actually just got an update yesterday. Still good to support the developers though. Overall I very happy with RC9 but to be honest I probably could have lived with RC8 given the limited aircraft (mainly heli's) and scenery I fly with.
